Return Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our products, we accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product arrives damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Print quality issues (manufacturing defects)
- Color discrepancies beyond normal printing variations
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately if you notice any issues with your delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-designed prints (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products without original packaging
Return Process

- Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- Ship the Product: Once approved, ship the product back to us (return shipping costs may apply)
- Receive Refund/Replacement: After inspection, we'll process your refund or send a replacement
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- For replacements, we'll ship a new product within 3-5 business days
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different size or design, please contact us. Exchange requests are subject to product availability and must meet our return eligibility criteria.

- Take photos of any damage or defects before opening the package
- Keep all original packaging until you're satisfied with your order
- Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so returns are limited
